I just read an article on the New York magazine’s online site that ranked the Pixar movies from top to bottom. I really couldn’t have disagreed with their rankings more though. Monsters Inc. as number one? No way!

I’m such a huge Pixar fanboy (I don’t hide that fact) and am going to see Wall-e today … at noon… for the first showing.  I’m also not ashamed to say that I’m a Toy Story freak. Toy Story was the first movie my son ever watched with me on video, and Toy Story 2 was the first movie that my son ever watched in the movie theaters. So I’m a bit biased there (since I’ve seen Toy Story over 100 times - no lie), but to me those were just incredibly special movies. So what’s your ranking of the 8 Pixar movies before Wall-e? Mine would look something like this:
